Operating since 2011, the LMS has teamed up with qualified Engineers, Geologists, Hydrogeologists, and other specialists to compile the most comprehensive plan that not only meets, but exceeds regulatory requirements for landfill design in North Dakota.

Waste Hauler and Generators:
The LMS is authorized for management of EPA RCRA-Exempt natural gas and crude oil exploration and production wastes as well as non-hazardous industrial waste. Waste must be solid enough to be compacted in the landfill cell; liquids and sludges are not acceptable. No solidification will take place at the LMS facility.
